Rhody Health Partners

Medicaid eligible adults who are 21 years or older have an option to enroll in a Rhody Health Partners health plan or enroll in the Connect Care Choice Program.  Participating health plans include:

• UnitedHealthcare of New England 
• Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island
  

Eligibility

To be eligible for Rhody Health Partners, you must be eligible for RI Medical Assistance and be:

•  21 years or older
•  a Rhode Island resident
•  not eligible for Medicare or other health insurance and
•  live in the community (at home, in assisted living, or a group home)
  

How to Apply

Eligible adults will receive an enrollment letter in the mail once they are determined eligible for Medical Assistance.
