Premium Collections Payment Options

You can use your credit/debit card and electronic check to pay your RIte Care/RIte Share Premium bill or your RIte Share Overpayment. This is an optional service and there is an associated convenience fee that will be billed to your account.

Cash payments can be made in a number of locations in the community.  For the nearest location, contact the EDS Premium Collection line at 1-800-746-6001 or view the list of Cash Premium Payment Locations.

Overpayment Collection Payment Options for Childcare, Food Stamps, and Cash Assistance Payments

The RI Department of Human Services is pleased to announce that, effective immediately, you can use your debit or credit card to pay your Overpayment Collection bill.  This is an optional service and there is an associated convenience fee that will be billed to your account.
