SSI Assisted Living Program
Program Description
People who need to reside in an Assisted Living Facility may qualify for an enhanced Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payment. Under this program, the State provides funding in addition to the regular SSI payment, up to a total of $ 1094 each month.
Who Can Qualify ?
People who have income below approximately $1100/month and who need to reside in an Assisted Living Facility

A case manager from the Department of Elderly Affairs conducts a screening of interested individuals and assists in the application process.
