EDS's provider representatives have in-depth knowledge of Medicaid
policy, billing requirements, and claim-processing operations. They are
adept researchers, problem solvers, and decision makers.The provider representatives are available to answer questions from
providers by telephone or email. Field Representatives are also available to conduct workshops and on-site visits.
