The Department of Human Services will be closed ont he following days:

Monday, November 13th	Veterans Day
Thursday, November 23rd	Thanksgiving
Monday, December 25th	Christmas

Island Medical Assistance provider community, for the services you provide our clients. We

Recent Ambulance Rate Changes

The rates for the following ambulance procedure codes have changed, effective July 1, 2005

A0130	Wheelchair Van	$25.65
A0422	Oxygen	$11.66
A0424	Extra Attendant	$29.15
A0425	Mileage (from mile 11)	$  1.75
A0426	ALS, non-emergency	$69.95
A0427	ALS, emergency	$69.95
A0428	BLS, non-emergency	$69.95
A0429	BLS, emergency	$69.95

EDS will electronically adjust all PAID claims for dates of service July 1, 2005 through
