Scope of Change
Effective October 1, 2007, authorization for the Starting RIght Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) will not be given for before school (AM) care, after school (PM) care, or for summer/school vacation care.
Families that meet the requirements for the Starting RIght CCAP will be authorized within one of four time authorizations: full-time, three-quarter time, half-time, or quarter-time.
