Program Description

Rhody Health Partners is a new health care option for adults who are 21 years or older who have Medical Assistance coverage. Eligible adults are offered an option to enroll in a health plan. Enrollment is voluntary. Participating health plans include UnitedHealthcare of New England and Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island.
 

Who's Eligible

Adults who live in RI and -

• are 21 years old or older,

• have Medical Assistance coverage (not Medicare or other health insurance),

• live in the community (at home, in assisted living, or a group home)
   

How to Apply

Eligible adults will receive an enrollment letter in the mail letting them know their options. For more information on the Enrollment Letter sent to eligible adults, FAQs, Enrollment Schedule, please see ‘Resources’ below.
